Most of you will recognize my STUNNING friend Jessy, but I want you to meet Mike. Jessy's sweet fiance. Did I mention he plays baseball for the Kansas City Royals? These two were awesome models for me today! They are so sweet to each other and it couldn't make me happier to see my friend so happy and in love! They get married this Saturday and I can't wait for the wedding! I will be doing Jessy's makeup for the wedding, as well as her mother-in-law! Wish me luck!! Now, enjoy the picture's!!

Meet Meghan! Isn't she beautiful? Yeah. It's ok to be a little envious! Not only is she gorgeous, but she is one of the sweetest people I have ever met. Meg is a great friend and I love spending time with her! Anyways, we decided to take some picture's for fun, and I even did her makeup. A few weeks ago I cut these bangs for her and I think she pulls them off so well!

I get asked a lot by people what kind of products they should be using for their hair and on their faces. These are some of the products I know and use, and I swear by them!

If you have oily skin (like me, but don't worry we won't age as fast because of it ;) ) here are some tips that might be helpful to prevent breakouts and blemishes.

- Wash your face morning and night. If I am wearing makeup I always do a double cleanse.. first cleanse to remove dirt and makeup, the second cleanse to really get down and clean my pores.

- Always wash your makeup off at night!

- Try using a different (and clean) towell to wipe your face with after you wash it.

- Don't pick at your face! It can cause breakouts to spread and get worse.

- Change out your pillow case every couple of days for a clean one!

- If you are breaking out on your chin.. it's caused by hormones!! We all love that!

- Always use a moisturizer! People with oily skin tend to think that a moisturizer will cause them to be oily, so they skip it. When you don't use a moisturizer it strips your skin of it's natural oils and your body starts producing more oil to make up for it! So find something light, and don't skip it!

Weekend with Mom!

On Thursday I headed up to Logan to spend some time with my beautiful mother! I had so much fun with her! We went to lunch twice with her friends, dinner once with friends, lunch at Aunt Susan's, shopping, colored her hair.. Can you say busy weekend. I had so much fun with her, she is so silly and I just have to laugh because I am the same way! I love you mom, I had so much fun with you!

Exciting News!

I am now officially Dustin Izatt's new intern for photography. I can't even begin to tell you how excited this makes me! I went over to his house on Monday morning and learned how to design wedding albums. He is an amazing photographer with so much knowledge about this business so I feel very lucky to have this opportunity!
